She spearheaded the launch and expansion of Top Doctors in the UK, establishing it as a key growth market for the Group, and now leads its expansion into Ireland. Having also served as Director of Operations for Europe, Mar brings extensive experience in healthcare innovation, strategic leadership and operational transformation.

Her work focuses on leveraging technology to improve patient access to specialist care, strengthen connections between patients and healthcare professionals, and support more efficient, accessible and patient-centred healthcare services.
