Dilek Dogan Gurluk is General Manager of Novo Nordisk Ireland since October 2025. She joined Novo Nordisk Netherlands in 2023 as Senior Marketing Director and brought more than 20 years of experience in successfully commercialising brands and building high-performing teams across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region.

In her role in Ireland, Dilek is focused on advancing chronic disease management, particularly obesity care, through innovation and collaboration across healthcare, government and the wider community.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Bogazici University and an Executive MBA from Koc University, both in Istanbul, Turkey.
