Caroline Reidy is Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Launch Hub, a consultancy supporting launch strategy, commercial excellence and the practical application of AI in healthcare.

With more than 20 years’ experience across the Irish healthcare and biopharmaceutical sectors, Caroline brings expertise in commercial market access and strategic partnerships. Her work focuses on helping organisations translate innovation into practical solutions that improve access and support better patient pathways across the Irish Healthcare ecosystem.

Previously, Caroline held senior leadership roles at Pfizer Healthcare Ireland, including Head of Oncology and Head of Inflammation & Immunology, alongside responsibilities for strategic engagement, launch excellence, key account management and AI adoption.

Through Launch Hub, she works across the biopharmaceutical, life science and digital health sectors to develop partnerships and support new models of care.
